Terms of use

By using Draw the Bracket you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What you can do

Use the site to make, print and run brackets and schedules for games and tournaments you organize. Brackets you make are yours.

What you cannot do

• Run cash pick'em pools, betting brackets, or any wagering on a result.
• Collect money through a bracket unless the site offers payments and you follow its rules. Payments are not switched on.
• Enter names or personal details of people who have not agreed to be listed. Use first names or team names for school and youth events.
• Use the site to harass, impersonate or mislead people, or to break the law.

Live brackets

A live bracket is reachable by anyone who has its link. It is hidden from search engines. The organizer link lets you change results; keep it private. Anyone with a match code can enter the result of that one game, once.

No warranty

The brackets are tested and still provided as they are. Check a bracket before a big event. We are not liable for lost games, lost entry fees or any other loss from using the site.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date of the latest version is at the bottom of this page.
